Board Agendas. The District shall provide CSEA the non-confidential board agenda and any non- confidential backup material related thereto via webpage posting, for each board meeting. The District shall inform the CSEA President when the agenda has been posted. If the District cannot post the agenda via webpage, the District shall provide CSEA with one paper copy of the agenda.
Board Agendas. 3.7.1.4 Copies of any existing report that is available to the public, within twenty-four (24) hours of the request. No more than two (2) reports may be requested in any twenty-four (24) hour period of time.

The District shall make every effort to provide CSEA at a regularly scheduled LMC meeting all classified personnel items prior to the Board of Trustees approving such classified personnel items. A classified personnel item that is received subsequent to the LMC meeting will be sent electronically to each member of LMC prior to the Board of Trustees approving such classified personnel items. CSEA shall receive a copy of the agenda, minutes, and Board reports of regular Board meetings electronically in advance of any Board meetings.

The link shall be emailed 72 hours in advance of regular meetings, and 24 hours in advance of special meetings. Service of the agenda and packet shall constitute official notice of any proposed action by the Board on items set forth in the agenda.
Board Agendas. The Board shall send a copy of the Board agendas for public Board Meetings within five (5) days of meetings to the MCU President.
Board Agendas. The Employer shall provide to the Union President a copy of all board agendas and minutes at the same time they are provided to all board members.

Board Agendas. A. The Association may access agendas of all regular Board meetings through Board Docs on the district website when they are posted. An email announcing the posting will be sent to the Association President on the Friday prior the upcoming meeting. Board Policy and any revisions will be made available to the Association.
