Beta Access. The Customer may be invited to participate in review and testing of pre-release versions of new and beneficial tools and service enhancements which may be identified to the Customer as “alpha,” “beta,” “preview,” “pre-release,” “early access,” or “evaluation” product or Services (collectively, the “beta tests” and such pre-release functionality, the “beta product”). The Customer acknowledges and understands that its participation in beta tests is not required and is at the Customer’s own risk, and that beta products are made available on an “as is” basis without warranties (express or implied) of any kind, and may be discontinued or modified at any time. Beta products are for evaluation and testing purposes, not for production use, not supported, not subject to availability or security obligations, and may be subject to additional terms. FindMyProspect shall have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with beta products. The beta products, including without limitation the customer’s assessment of any beta product, are confidential information of FindMyProspect.

Customer acknowledges and understands that its participation in such pre-release testing is (i) not required and is at Customer’s own risk; (ii) made available on an “as is” basis; and
Beta Access. The Program may be released in alpha, closed beta, open beta or other pre-release versions before their full commercial release (or “beta” for short). This is usually to test the features, capabilities, and performance of the product. These are the additional beta rules:
Beta Access. From time to time, Malwarebytes may, but has no obligation to, provide Program Member with early access to public betas for new products. If Program Member enters into any such betas, usage shall be governed by the beta product’s licensing agreement.
Beta Access. 5.1 Scope; Availability of Beta Services. D-Wave may, in its sole discretion, make available to Customer, Authorized Persons or Users certain Services that are not yet generally available, including any products, services, or features labeled “beta”, “preview”, “pre-release”, or “experimental” (each, a “Beta Service”).   • Data Access Access to Contract and State Data The Contractor shall provide to the Client Agency access to any data, as defined in Conn. Gen Stat. Sec. 4e-1, concerning the Contract and the Client Agency that are in the possession or control of the Contractor upon demand and shall provide the data to the Client Agency in a format prescribed by the Client Agency and the State Auditors of Public Accounts at no additional cost.

  • User Access Transfer Agent shall have a process to promptly disable access to Fund Data by any Transfer Agent personnel who no longer requires such access. Transfer Agent will also promptly remove access of Fund personnel upon receipt of notification from Fund.

  • ICANN Access Registry Operator shall provide bulk access to the zone files for the TLD to ICANN or its designee on a continuous basis in the manner ICANN may reasonably specify from time to time. To this end, SAP conducts internal and external security checks and penetration tests on its IT systems. • SAP does not allow the installation of software that has not been approved by SAP. • An SAP security standard governs how data and data carriers are deleted or destroyed once they are no longer required.

  • WORK ACCESS The Association shall provide a current, written list of its Association Representatives to all heads of departments, offices, or bureaus represented herein and the CAO. The Association shall be responsible for keeping the list current. An Association Representative shall have access to department, office, or bureau facilities where Unit members are employed during regular working hours to assist employees covered under this MOU in addressing grievances when such Association assistance is requested by a grievant(s) or to investigate matters arising out of the application of the provisions of this MOU. The Association Representative shall request authorization for such visits by contacting the designated Management representative of the head of the office, department, or bureau. In the event immediate access cannot be authorized, the designated Management representative shall inform the Association Representative as to the earliest time when access can be granted. This Article shall not be construed as a limitation on the power of the head of a department, office, or bureau to restrict access to areas designated for security or confidential purposes.

  • Site Access Dell requires the right to access the APEX System in a timely way and as provided in the Service Offering Description to provide the Support Services. Failure to ensure that Customer provides Dell with timely access to a Site will relieve Dell of the Support Services obligations and Dell may also, at Dell’s discretion, suspend the APEX Service.
