Best of Knowledge. Any reference herein to “the best of the knowledge” of a Party will be deemed to mean the actual knowledge of the Party and the best of the knowledge which they would have had if they had conducted a diligent inquiry into the relevant subject matter.
Best of Knowledge. “To the best of the knowledge” or “to the knowledge”, unless otherwise qualified hereunder means a statement of the declaring party’s knowledge of the actual facts or circumstances to which such phrase relates without having made any inquiries or investigations in connection with such facts and circumstances.
Best of Knowledge. Any reference herein to "the best of the knowledge" of the Vendor will be deemed to mean the actual knowledge of the Vendor and the knowledge which it would have had if it had conducted an inquiry into the relevant subject matter that a reasonably prudent person would have conducted under similar circumstances.
Best of Knowledge. Any statement in this Agreement expressed to be made to "the best of the Vendors' knowledge" shall be understood to be made on the basis of each Vendor's actual knowledge.

Best of Knowledge. Any reference herein to "the best of the knowledge" of the Vendor will mean the actual knowledge of the president of the Vendor and the knowledge which he would have if he had conducted a reasonably diligent inquiry into the relevant subject matter.

Any reference herein to "the best of the knowledge" of the Optionor or Optionee, as applicable, will mean the actual knowledge of the senior officers of the relevant party and the knowledge which they would have if they had conducted a reasonably diligent inquiry into the relevant subject matter.

Except as otherwise expressly set out in this Agreement, any reference herein to "the best of the knowledge" or "the knowledge" of the Vendor or words to like effect will be deemed to mean the actual knowledge of the senior officers and directors of the Vendor and the knowledge that such individuals would have had if they had conducted a reasonably diligent inquiry into the relevant subject matter.
