Best of Knowledge. Any reference herein to "the best of the knowledge" of the Vendor will be deemed to mean the actual knowledge of the Vendor and the knowledge which it would have had if it had conducted an inquiry into the relevant subject matter that a reasonably prudent person would have conducted under similar circumstances.
