Common use of Best of Knowledge Clause in Contracts

Best of Knowledge. Any reference herein to “the best of the knowledge” of a Party will be deemed to mean the actual knowledge of the Party and the best of the knowledge which they would have had if they had conducted a diligent inquiry into the relevant subject matter.

Best of Knowledge. Any reference herein to “the best of the knowledge” of a Party party or parties will be deemed to mean the actual knowledge of the Party a party or parties and the best of the knowledge which they would have had if they had conducted a diligent inquiry into the relevant subject subject-matter.
