Benefits and Eligibility. 48.1.1 Permanent full-time officers shall be eligible for medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage the first of the month following thirty (30) days of eligible service. Medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits will be paid at 100% of the City contribution for those officers who have a Standard Hours designation of at least seventy-two hours in a pay period in a benefits eligible, budgeted position.
