TERMINATION AFTER A LEAVE. Should an employee exceed the leave of absence granted by the Employer, vacation pay which has accrued for time worked to such employee as of the date of the beginning of such leave of absence shall be computed and a check for same shall be forwarded to the employee with a notice that his employment has been terminated.
TERMINATION AFTER A LEAVE. Any employee on a leave of absence who fails to return to work at the expiration of said leave, may be automatically terminated by the Employer and shall then receive all vacation pay and sick leave owed under the contract with written notice of termination sent to the employee and the Union.
