Basic Salary and Pay Increments. Your basic salary on commencement is [£ ]. *[Note: employing organisations to complete based on Schedule 12 of the Terms and Conditions] This has been calculated in accordance with the provisions in Schedule 12 of the TCS which is appended to this Contract at Appendix 2, and in accordance with transitional arrangements. Your salary will be payable monthly. Your basic salary will increase when you receive pay progression in accordance with Schedule 13 of the TCS. Where pay progression is awarded your salary will increase on your pay progression date (see paragraph 2.4 above).

  • Salary Increments The Employer, may grant an increment for meritorious service after an employee has served for a period of twelve (12) months following the first day of the month established in Article 35.07 or twelve (12) months following the date of a change in his rate of compensation as established in Articles 35.04, 35.05, or 35.06.

  • Pay Increases a) The pay rates prescribed under Clause 2 above will be increased by the amount of the increase as handed down by the Australian Fair Pay Commission each year during the term of this agreement.
