Spare Professional Capacity. Where you intend to undertake Private Professional Services or Fee Paying Services other than such work carried out under the terms of this Contract, whether for the NHS, for the independent sector or for another party, the provisions in Schedule 7 and Schedule 10 of the TCS will apply.

Spare Professional Capacity. 8.1. The 2016 TCS, Section 5, outlines contractual limits on working hours and rest periods. While in this employment, you should not ordinarily undertake work outside of this contract. Where you do wish to undertake any such work as a locum, you must first offer your services to the Trust as set out in the paragraphs pertaining to locum work in Section 5 of the TCS.
Spare Professional Capacity. The parties have agreed changes to the provisions relating to spare professional capacity. The penalty for not offering an additional PA to the employer has been removed and replaced with a clause stating that if a doctor intends to undertake remunerated clinical work as a locum, the doctor is strongly encouraged to initially offer such additional hours of work to the service of the HSC via an HSC staff bank of their choosing.

  • Professional Dues The school district will pay the annual dues for the Superintendent’s membership in the American Association of School Administrators, Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, and Nebraska Council of School Administrators. The Superintendent’s membership in other professional organizations will be considered annually and may be approved at the discretion of the school board.
