Base Fee Adjustments for Hauling Services. Commencing October 1, 2022, and annually thereafter, the Base Fees paid to Franchisee for hauling services shall be adjusted as follows: the price per ton shall be calculated in accordance with any Annual Percentage Change of index values reported in the Chained Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (C-CPI-U), Series ID: SUUROOOOSAOLI E, U.S. City Average, All Items Less Food and Energy, not seasonally adjusted, as published by the U.S. Department of Labor/Bureau of Labor Statistics. The annual index year used for Base Fee adjustments for hauling services shall be from April of the previous year to April of the current year. Annual Percentage Change shall be determined and considered final no later than June 15 of each year. City shall pay Franchisee in accordance with said C-CPI-U adjustments. See Exhibit D (Base Fee Adjustments for Hauling Services) for an example, attached hereto and incorporated herein.

  • Price Adjustments for OGS Centralized Contracts Periodic price adjustments will occur no more than twice per year on a schedule to be established solely by OGS. Pricing offered shall be fixed for the first twelve (12) months of the Contract term.
