Bank Committee a. A three (3) member Catastrophic Illness and Injury Leave Bank committee shall be established to receive written requests and allot days from the bank according to the provisions of this Contract. The committee shall be composed of two (2) persons appointed by the Association and one (1) person appointed by the Superintendent.
