Band Director X. Length of Work Day. The total length of the required work day shall not exceed seven hours and thirty minutes (7.5), including a thirty (30) minute duty‐free lunch period. Employees shall be at their respective school building for the benefit of students and patrons at least fifteen (15) minutes before the student day begins. Specific report and end times will continue from the previous school year unless otherwise determined through shared decision making (Article IX, Section 8). In the event that faculty meetings extend beyond the work day, employees shall be granted flexible time to be used at a time mutually agreed upon by the principal and employees. A variance to the schedule shall be granted with prior notification. If the majority of the employees at a site determine it is desirable, at least one faculty meeting in each month shall have an agenda developed by staff and the meeting shall be facilitated by staff.

  • Length of Work Day The regular employee work day shall be no more than seven (7) hours forty (40) minutes including the duty-free lunch period of thirty (30) continuous minutes.

  • Length of Workday The employees' workday shall be seven and one- half (7 1/2) consecutive hours, including the lunch period. The normal teaching load for assigned classes shall not exceed a daily average of 300 minutes. Those teachers who teach 360 minutes shall have a workday of no longer than eight and one-half (8 1/2) hours. If a four (4) day work week is implemented, this schedule may be compressed into that period. Said compression shall not result in the reduction of salary or benefits.

  • Length of Work Year 1. The length of the work year for custodians, accountants, (excluding school lunch accountant), personnel specialist, maintenance, maintenance helpers, mechanics, purchasing coordinator, county receptionist, warehouse and property records coordinator shall be twelve months.

  • Mediation Service The Mediation Service is a free and independent service available through MBIE. This service helps to resolve employment relationship problems and generally to promote the smooth conduct of employment relationships. Mediation is a mutual problem solving process, with the aim of reaching an agreement, assisted by an independent third party. If the parties can’t reach a settlement they can ask the mediator, in writing, to make a final and binding decision. A settlement reached through mediation and signed by the mediator at the request of the parties is final, binding and enforceable. Neither party can then take the matter any further and either party can be made to comply with the agreed settlement by court order. If the problem is unresolved through mediation either party may apply to have the matter dealt with by the Employment Relations Authority.

  • Mediation Services If we are unable to resolve the problem, then either party can contact the Department of Labour Mediation Service (a government department) for free assistance. The mediator will try to help us resolve the problem, but won’t make a decision as to who is right or wrong unless both parties want this.

  • Community Based Adult Intensive Service (AIS) and Child and Family Intensive Treatment (CFIT) – AIS/CFIT programs offer services primarily based in the home and community for qualifying adults and children with moderate- to-severe mental health conditions. These programs consist at a minimum of ongoing emergency/crisis evaluations, psychiatric assessment, medication evaluation and management, case management, psychiatric nursing services, and individual, group, and family therapy. In a Provider’s Office/In Your Home This plan covers individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and family therapy when rendered by: • Psychiatrists; • Licensed Clinical Psychologists; • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers; • Advance Practice Registered Nurses (Clinical Nurse Specialists/Nurse Practitioners- Behavioral Health); • Licensed Mental Health Counselors; and • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. Psychological Testing This plan covers psychological testing as a behavioral health benefit when rendered by: • neuropsychologists; • psychologists; or • pediatric neurodevelopmental specialists. This plan covers neuropsychological testing as described in the Tests, Labs and Imaging section.

  • SUBCONTRACTING OF WORK If a Contractor chooses to subcontract the scheduled work, the prime Contractor is solely responsible to ensure that the subcontractor has the necessary insurance, licenses, ability to provide the contracted services and shall adhere to all requirements stated herein.
