Common use of Automobile Allowance Clause in Contracts

The Company will pay Executive $1,100 per month (paid quarterly) which shall be used for the lease, purchase, maintenance and/or operation of a vehicle that Executive is to use for business travel or may use for personal travel. Executive shall be solely responsible for any taxes associated with purposes, including without limitation the automobile allowance afforded to himcosts of insuring, maintaining and operating the automobile.
