Authorized Facility Clause Samples
Authorized Facility. A facility may be eligible for abatement if it is a: Manufacturing Facility, Research Facility, Wholesale Distribution Facility, Service Facility, Entertainment and Recreation Facility, or other Basic Industry.
Authorized Facility. Unless the School is authorized as a virtual school, the School must provide in-person instruction at the Facility as described in 3.5 above. The School shall provide educational services, including the delivery of instruction, at the following authorized location(s):
Authorized Facility. The term “Authorized Facility” shall mean the any facility where work is performed by the Customer’s employees.
Authorized Facility. The term “Authorized Facility” shall mean the office facilities of Licensee identified in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
