Authorized Call-Back Sample Clauses

Authorized Call-Back. Any full-time classified employee required to return to his/her work after he/she has completed as assigned shift and clocked out of VeriTime, shall be compensated at least two (2) hours pay at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) his/her regular rate of pay. Part-time employees called back to work shall be compensated two (2) hours pay at their regular rate of pay.
