Common use of Association Leave Days Clause in Contracts

Association Leave Days. Members of the Association selected to attend an Association function, such as conventions or education conferences, shall be allowed time off without loss of time or pay to attend such conferences and/or conventions, limited to four (4) working days per year for the total unit. The Association agrees to provide five (5) working days advance written notice to the immediate supervisor. Such days shall be non-accumulative.
