Common use of Assignment Policy Clause in Contracts

Fort Xxxx State University will not discriminate in room or building assignment on the basis of race, color, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, veteran status or ancestry. Returning students will be able to select their room in accordance with university reassignment and selection procedures.
