Assignment by Consultant. Consultant may not assign, transfer or subcontract any of his rights or obligations under this Agreement to any party without the prior written consent of the Company. Consultant’s obligations under this Agreement shall be binding on Consultant’s successors and permitted assigns. Any assignment, transfer or subcontracting in violation of this provision shall be null and void.
Assignment by Consultant. The Consultant shall have the right in its sole discretion to assign in whole or in part, the compensation payable to Consultant here under, and/or to assign a portion or all of its duties hereunder with respect to a specific site or project, to a third party or sub contractor.
Assignment by Consultant. Consultant shall not assign this Agreement, or any part of this Agreement, or any right to any monies to be paid under this Agreement, without on each occasion obtaining the prior written consent of PGW. In no case shall approval by PGW of the assignment of any monies to be paid under this Agreement relieve Consultant from its obligations hereunder or change the remaining terms of this Agreement. Any purported assignment in violation of this Article shall be of no effect.
Assignment by Consultant. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement is personal to Consultant and Consultant shall not assign or transfer, directly or indirectly, or by any power of attorney or otherwise, the whole or any part of this Agreement or any of Consultant’s rights or obligations hereunder without first obtaining Client’s prior written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned. Nothing in this Section shall restrict Consultant from subcontracting portions of its work as provided herein.
Assignment by Consultant. Consultant may not assign his rights or delegate his obligations hereunder.
Assignment by Consultant. Consultant shall have the right to assign this Agreement to an affiliate or subsidiary of Consultant.
Assignment by Consultant. The Consultant shall not assign or subcontract any of its rights under this Agreement, nor shall the Principal delegate the performance of any of the Principal’s duties hereunder, without the prior written consent of the Company. If such consent is given on any particular occasion, it shall still be required for all subsequent assignments and subcontracts.
Assignment by Consultant. The Consultant may, with the prior written approval of the Client not to be unreasonably withheld (which approval may be subject to the Consultant first demonstrating to the Client that all of the Consultant’s Key Personnel as identified in Appendix F will transfer to the assignee and after the assignment continue to perform the Services in their same positions and with their same authorities as they had prior to the assignment), assign all or part of its right, title, and interest in the Agreement to any parent, subsidiary or affiliated company of the Consultant, provided that:
Assignment by Consultant. The Consultant shall not assign this Agreement or any rights contained hereunder and any such attempted assignment is void.
Assignment by Consultant. The agreement of Consultant to render Services hereunder is personal in nature and may not be assigned or transferred by Consultant.
