Assignment by Executive. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the Executive's executor and/or administrators, heirs, devisees, and legatees. If the Executive should die while any amount would be payable to Executive hereunder had the Executive continued to live, all such amounts, unless otherwise provided herein, shall be paid in accordance with the terms of this Agreement to the Executive's estate. Executive's rights hereunder shall not otherwise be assignable.
Assignment by Executive. This Agreement is personal to the Executive and without the prior written consent of the Company shall not be assignable by the Executive otherwise than by will or the laws of descent and distribution. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the Executive's legal representatives.
Assignment by Executive. The services to be provided by the Executive to the Company hereunder are personal to the Executive, and the Executive's duties may not be assigned by the Executive; provided, however, that this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the Executive's personal or legal representatives, executors, and administrators, successors, heirs, distributees, devisees, and legatees. If the Executive dies while any amounts payable to the Executive hereunder remain outstanding, all such amounts, unless otherwise provided herein, shall be paid in accordance with the terms of this Agreement to the Executive's devisee, legatee, or other designee or, in the absence of such designee, to the Executive's estate.
Assignment by Executive. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by Executive and each of Executive’s personal or legal representatives, executors, administrators, successors, heirs, distributes, devisees, and legatees. If Executive dies while any amount would still be payable to Executive hereunder had Executive continued to live, all such amounts, unless otherwise provided herein, shall be paid in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, to Executive’s Beneficiary. If Executive has not named a Beneficiary, then such amounts shall be paid to Executive’s devisee, legatee, or other designee, or if there is no such designee, to Executive’s estate.
Assignment by Executive. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the Executive’s personal or legal representatives, executors, administrators, successors, heirs, distributees, devisees, and legatees.
Assignment by Executive. Executive may not assign this Agreement in whole or in part.
Assignment by Executive. The rights and benefits of Executive under this Agreement are personal to him and no such right or benefit shall be subject to voluntary or involuntary alienation, assignment or transfer; provided, however, that nothing in this Section 15 shall preclude Executive from designating a beneficiary or beneficiaries to receive any benefit payable on his death.
Assignment by Executive. Notwithstanding any provision hereof to the contrary, the Executive shall have the right absolutely and irrevocably to assign by gift all of his right, title an interest in and to this Agreement and to the Policy to an assignee. This right shall be exercisable by the execution and delivery to the Company of a written assignment, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, which by this reference is made a part hereof. Upon receipt of such written assignment executed by the Executive and duly accepted by the assignee thereof, the Company shall consent thereto in writing, and shall thereafter treat the Executive’s assignee as the sole owner of all of the Executive’s right, title and interest in and to this Agreement and in and to the Policy. Thereafter, the Executive shall have no right, title or interest in or to this Agreement or the Policy, all such rights being vested in and exercisable only by such assignee.
Assignment by Executive. No interest of Executive or his spouse or any other beneficiary under this Agreement, or any right to receive any payment or distribution hereunder, shall be subject in any manner to sale, transfer, assignment, pledge, attachment, garnishment or other alienation or encumbrance of any kind, nor may such interest or right to receive a payment or distribution be taken, voluntarily or involuntarily, for the satisfaction of the obligations or debts of, or other claims against, Executive or his spouse or other beneficiary, including claims for alimony, support, separate maintenance and claims in bankruptcy proceedings.
Assignment by Executive. This Agreement shall not be assignable by the Executive and shall not be subject to attachment, execution, pledge or hypothecation.
