Appointment of Consultant. The Corporation appoints the Consultant and the Consultant accepts appointment on the terms and conditions provided in this Agreement as a consultant to the Corporation's business, including any other corporations hereafter formed or acquired by the Corporation to engage in any business.
Appointment of Consultant. The Company hereby appoints the Consultant to perform the Services for the benefit of the Company as hereinafter set forth, and the Company hereby authorizes the Consultant to exercise such powers as provided under this Agreement. Appointment of Consultant. Company hereby appoints Consultant and Consultant hereby agrees to render services to Company to assist Company with its business strategy, management and corporate expansion goals.
Appointment of Consultant. Company hereby retains Consultant to locate and assist in Company’s development and of construction of energy campus projects undertaken by Company (hereinafter the “Projects”), on a non-exclusive basis and Consultant hereby agrees to so serve, on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth herein. Cronin, Jr. will perform Consulting Services for other clients and/or companies at the same time, and may take ownership or participation interests in competing projects and ventures.

The Consultant accepts such appointment on the terms and conditions herein set forth. The Contractor will be assigned by the Consultant to provide the services to the Company. The services shall not be provided by any other employee or agent of the Consultant other than the Contractor, unless the Company has approved such other person in writing and in advance.
Appointment of Consultant. The Secured Party will be entitled to an appoint a consultant to provide such services and advice as the Secured Party may determine in its sole discretion, with power to enter the Debtor’s premises, to inspect and evaluate the Collateral, to make copies of the Debtor’s records, to review the Debtor’s business plans and projections, to assess the conduct and viability of the Debtor’s business, to prepare reports on the Debtor’s affairs and to distribute such reports to the Secured Party or to other such persons as the Secured Party may direct. Such consultant will act as an agent for the Secured Party and will owe no duty to the Debtor. The consultant is to have no managerial or advisory capacity and will have no decision making responsibility. The Debtor authorizes the Secured Party to provide confidential information to the consultant. All fees and expenses in connection with the engagement of a consultant are payable by the Debtor to the Secured Party.
