After the Assignment. Upon a permitted assignment of this Agreement pursuant to Section 16, ***** will be released of liability under this Agreement and the term “*****” in this Agreement will mean the assignee.
After the Assignment. Upon a permitted Assignment by Licensee of this Agreement pursuant to this Article, Licensee will be released of liability under this Agreement and the term “Licensee” in this Agreement will mean the Assignee.
After the Assignment. Upon a permitted assignment of this Agreement pursuant to Article 16, ImmuMetrix will be released of liability under this Agreement and the term “ImmuMetrix” in this Agreement will mean the assignee.
After the Assignment. Upon a permitted complete assignment of this Agreement, LICENSEE will be released from further obligations under this Agreement, except for those sections that survive termination, and the term "LICENSEE" in this Agreement will thereafter mean the assignee.

After the Assignment. Upon a permitted assignment of this Agreement pursuant to Article 16, Medicenna will be released of liability under this Agreement and the term "Medicenna" in this Agreement will mean the assignee or Affiliate to whom the assignment has been made.
After the Assignment. Upon a permitted assignment of this Agreement pursuant to this Article, the term “Licensee” in this Agreement will mean the assignee.
After the Assignment. Upon a permitted assignment of this Agreement pursuant to this Article 16, Eidos will be released of liability under this Agreement and the term “Eidos” in this Agreement will mean the assignee.
