Artist's Expenses. Artist shall be responsible for the payments of all expenses incurred during the performance of this Agreement, including but not limited to services, materials, mailing/shipping charges and insurance on submissions to the HAA, cost of all travel, insurance and costs for Artist's agents, consultants, and/or employees necessary for the proper performance of the services required under this Agreement.

Artist's Expenses. The Artist shall be responsible for all costs related to design, fabrication, installation, and shipping of the Work, including payment of all mailing or shipping charges on submissions to Texas Tech, engineering (if applicable), the cost of fabricating, storing (except where Section 3.2 applies), transporting to, and installing the Work at the Site, the costs of all travel by the Artist and the Artist’s agents, subcontractors, and employees necessary for the proper performance of the services required under this Contract, and post-installation photo documentation of the work by a professional photographer, as specified in Section 2.6.

  • COSTS & EXPENSES Each party hereto shall bear its own costs in connection with the preparation, execution and delivery of this Agreement.

  • Fees; Expenses As consideration for the services provided by the Warrant Agent (the “Services”), the Company shall pay to the Warrant Agent the fees set forth on Schedule 1 hereto (the “Fees”). If the Company requests that the Warrant Agent provide additional services not contemplated hereby, the Company shall pay to the Warrant Agent fees for such services at the Warrant Agent’s reasonable and customary rates, such fees to be governed by the terms of a separate agreement to be mutually agreed to and entered into by the Parties at such time (the “Additional Service Fee”; together with the Fees, the “Service Fees”)

  • Buyer’s Expenses Buyer agrees to pay all expenses incident to any purchase money loan (e.g. Loan commitment fees, preparation of note, mortgage, and other loan documents, recording fees, prepaid interest and credit reports) and any fees for endorsements to the Title Policy requested by Buyer.   • Contractor’s Expense The Contractor will be responsible for all costs related to photo copying, telephone communications and fax communications while on County sites during the performance of work and services under this Contract.

  • Seller’s Expenses Seller agrees to pay all costs of releasing loans and recording the releases, preparation fees for the Deed. The insured closing fee and the disclosure of sales information form will be split equally between Seller and Buyer.

  • Interview Expenses An in-service applicant for a posted position who is not on leave of absence without pay and who has been called for a panel interview shall be granted leave of absence with base pay and shall have their authorized expenses paid. An employee granted leave under this section shall notify their supervisor as soon as they are notified of their requirement to appear for an interview.

  • Costs, Expenses and Attorneys’ Fees Borrower shall pay to Bank immediately upon demand the full amount of all payments, advances, charges, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees (to include outside counsel fees and all allocated costs of Bank's in-house counsel), expended or incurred by Bank in connection with (a) the negotiation and preparation of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, Bank's continued administration hereof and thereof, and the preparation of any amendments and waivers hereto and thereto, (b) the enforcement of Bank's rights and/or the collection of any amounts which become due to Bank under any of the Loan Documents, and (c) the prosecution or defense of any action in any way related to any of the Loan Documents, including without limitation, any action for declaratory relief, whether incurred at the trial or appellate level, in an arbitration proceeding or otherwise, and including any of the foregoing incurred in connection with any bankruptcy proceeding (including without limitation, any adversary proceeding, contested matter or motion brought by Bank or any other person) relating to any Borrower or any other person or entity.
