Areas of Common Use. LESSOR shall furnish to LESSEE, where available, areas of parking, use of laundry, use of swimming pool in season, use of any other facility that is provided for the convenience of LESSEE; the same shall be furnished gratuitously. Use of any such facility shall be at the risk of LESSEE, and LESSOR shall not be liable for the facility’s non-availability from time-to-time and LESSOR shall not be liable for any injury to the person or loss or damage of property in such facility.

Areas of Common Use. Within ninety (90) days of the effective date of this Agreement, Silver Hill Hospital, which has audible alarms in public areas, will add visual alarms complying with the Standards set forth in Schedule B. Public areas include restrooms and any other general usage areas (e.g., meeting rooms, teaching amphitheaters, hallways, lobbies, libraries, gymnasiums and other recreational facilities, cafeterias, and any other area for common use).
Areas of Common Use. Within nine (9) months of the entry of this Settlement Agreement, the Hospital will add visual alarms to the main lobby and cafeteria, and all public restrooms in the Hospital. b. Patient Rooms. Within ninety (90) days of the entry of this Settlement Agreement, the Hospital will make portable visual alarms available for patient rooms when a patient or companion who is deaf or hard- of- hearing is residing in or is anticipated to spend significant periods of time in such a room. This requirement only applies to those patient rooms in which hearing patients are reasonably able to hear an audible alarm, whether the audible alarm speaker is located in the room itself, in the hallway, or in another relatively close location. c.

Related to Areas of Common Use

  • Use of Common Areas Tenant shall have the nonexclusive right (in common with other tenants and all others to whom Landlord has granted or may grant such rights) to use the Common Areas for the purposes intended, subject to such reasonable rules and regulations as Landlord may establish from time to time. Tenant shall abide by such rules and regulations and shall use its best effort to cause others who use the Common Areas with Tenant’s express or implied permission to abide by Landlord’s rules and regulations. At any time, Landlord may close any Common Areas to perform any acts in the Common Areas as, in Landlord’s judgment, are desirable to improve the Project. Tenant shall not interfere with the rights of Landlord, other tenants or any other person entitled to use the Common Areas.

  • AREAS OF COLLABORATION The School will collaborate under Xxxx Innovation Mission to establish, operate and support ATL in India within the school premises with financial support from NITI Aayog.

  • Use of State Facilities Resources and Equipment a. Meeting Space and Facilities. The Employer’s campuses and facilities may be used by the Union to hold meetings subject to the University’s policy and availability of the space. The Employer may provide private space for stewards and/or Union representatives to meet in confidence with those they represent on a space available basis. Staff representatives may reserve and utilize meeting rooms in accordance with University policy and procedure. Such requests will be subject to availability and all applicable fees.

  • Use of Buildings and Equipment 21.4.1 The Association shall have the right to use District buildings, sites, and equipment during all reasonable hours for meetings and other Association activities.

SHORT TERM EXTENSION In the event a replacement Contract has not been issued, any Contract let and awarded hereunder by the State, may be extended unilaterally by the State for an additional period of up to 3 months upon notice to the Contractor with the same terms and conditions as the original Contract including, but not limited to, prices and delivery requirements. With the concurrence of the Contractor, the extension may be for a period of up to 6 months in lieu of 3 months. However, this extension terminates should the replacement Contract be issued in the interim.   • Use of University Facilities Members may use the office assigned to them in connection with such professionally-related activities as preparation of professional manuscripts and materials, scholarly endeavors, approved consultancies, and service to professional associations, schools, or other groups or agencies for whom such service is appropriate. Upon request, faculty may use laboratories and studios for non-sponsored research and other scholarly activity. Upon request, faculty may use meeting rooms and other physical facilities for professionally-related groups subject to availability and prevailing policies of the University governing use of facilities. The facilities of the TRC, Print Shop, computer labs and the use of University equipment are available to the faculty in connection with professional writing, research, or approved service projects subject to availability and to reimbursement at prevailing rates charged by the University.
