ARCHIVAL RESEARCH AND AGENCY COORDINATION. Subtash 1A - Archival Research To contextualize the project area, Sunland Group's archeologists and historians will conduct archival research to gain an understanding of its historic development through time. By tracing the development of the project area, we can determine where previous structures and buildings once stood and develop a reasonable expectation of what types of activities occurred (i.e., residential, commercial, etc.) and the distribution of those activity areas. Ultimately, this information will provide guidance for where field investigations should focus to maximize data collection. Repositories accessed for the review will include the Austin History Center, the Xxxxxx Texas History Center at the University of Texas at Austin, and the Xxxxx-Xxxxxxxxx Library Map Collection at the University of Texas at Austin. Important resources to consult will include Xxxxxxx Fire Insurance Maps, maps of city lots and plats, and a series of nineteenth century bird's eye maps that depict downtown Austin. Following completion of the archival research, Sunland Group will prepare a coordination letter and a report that details the results of the archival research and archeological background review, and offers recommendations on the appropriate level and extent of field investigations. Following a 30-day review period, the THC will provide their comments on the proposed level of effort and extent of field investigations. The THC will either concur with our recommendations, or the agency will propose additional work or a reduction of work dependent upon the results of the archival research and archeological background review, and any specific research issues/questions the agency feels are important to address.

  • Monitoring and Management Information C10.1 The Contractor shall comply with the monitoring arrangements set out in the Monitoring Schedule including, but not limited to, providing such data and information as the Contractor may be required to produce under the Contract.

SALES REPORTING REQUIREMENTS Contractor shall furnish OGS with quarterly sales reports utilizing Appendix I - Report of Contract Sales. Purchases by Non- State Agencies, political subdivisions and others authorized by law shall be reported in the same report and indicated as required. All fields of information shall be accurate and complete. OGS reserves the right to unilaterally make revisions, changes and/or updates to Appendix I - Report of Contract Sales or to require sales to be reported in a different format without processing a formal amendment and/or modification. Further, additional related sales information and/or detailed Authorized User purchases may be required by OGS and must be supplied upon request. Reseller Sales Product sold through Reseller(s) must be reported by Contractor in the required Appendix I – Report of Contract Sales. Due Date The Appendix I - Report of Contract Sales will be quarterly (January - March, April - June, July - September and October - December). Reports will be due 1 month after the closing quarter. SERVICE REPORTS FOR MAINTENANCE/SUPPORT AND WARRANTY WORK Service Reports for Authorized User An Authorized User in an RFQ may require compliance with any or all of this section. If requested by the Authorized User, the Contractor shall furnish the Authorized User with service reports for all Maintenance/support and warranty work upon completion of the services. The service reports may include the following information in either electronic or hard copy form as designated by the Authorized User:  Date and time Contractor was notified  Date and time of Contractor’s arrival  Make and model of the Product  Description of malfunction reported by Authorized User  Diagnosis of failure and/or work performed by Contractor  Date and time failure was corrected by Contractor  Type of service – Maintenance/support or warranty  Charges, if any, for the service Service Reports for OGS

  • Program Monitoring and Evaluation (c) The Recipient shall prepare, or cause to be prepared, and furnish to the Association not later than six months after the Closing Date, a report of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall reasonably request, on the execution of the Program, the performance by the Recipient and the Association of their respective obligations under the Legal Agreements and the accomplishment of the purposes of the Financing.”
