Arbitrator's Decision is Final. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties to this Agreement and shall have the effect of a legal judgment. The arbitration fees and expenses shall be divided equally by the Union and the Employer. The arbitrator shall not have authority to modify, vary, change, add or remove any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement.

Arbitrator's Decision is Final. The Parties agree to be bound by the Arbitrator’s decision. Neither Party may appeal the decision of the Arbitrator nor contest the decision in any judicial proceeding, including but not limited to the Tax Court, the Court of Federal Claims, or a federal district or federal appellate court. Each Party enters into this agreement in reliance on the other Party's agreement to be bound by the decision of the Arbitrator.

  • Arbitrator’s Decision 27.3.3.1 The arbitrator's decision and award shall be in writing and shall state concisely the reasons for the award, including the arbitrator's findings of fact and conclusions of law.

  • Failure to Comply with Arbitrator’s Decision 10.6.1 The award of such Arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties.
