Approved Experience. Any teacher employed by the Xxxxxx Public Schools may be given credit for approved experience outside the Xxxxxx Public Schools at the rate of regular increment from one (1) through five (5) years. From the sixth (6th) through the tenth (10th) year, a one-half (1/2) increment shall be given. Any teacher employed by the Xxxxxx Public Schools after July 1, 1988, may be given credit for approved teaching experience outside the Xxxxxx Public Schools. The number of years experience approved shall depend upon such factors as prior successful teaching, recommendations of former employers, and the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools.

  • Investment Experience Holder understands that the purchase of this Warrant and its underlying securities involves substantial risk.   • Previous Experience 31.01 New employees will be classified according to previous comparable experience for the purpose of establishing wage rates. The Co-operative shall not be required to recognize previous experience of new employees who have not worked in the same or similar business in the past two (2) years. Recognized credit for previous experience shall be applicable to qualifying employees commencing with the first working day following completion of said employee's probationary period.

  • Teaching Experience Teaching experience will be credited on a year-for-year basis for each full-time teaching year or equivalent. Acceptable teaching experience includes pre-college, college, and university teaching.

  • Independent Expert The Parties and the other signatories may, upon written agreement, resort to an independent expert in order to obtain a well-grounded opinion that may lead to the settlement of the dispute or controversy. In case such agreement is signed, arbitration may only be filed after issuance of the expert’s opinion.
