Approval Of Personal Leave Day. Supervisors shall insure all approved vacation days receive priority over granting personal leave days. Approval of an employee’s request to take a personal leave day shall be at the discretion of the Employer and the denial of the employee’s first request in the payroll year shall not be subject to the grievance procedure.
