Applicable Laws and Settlement of Disputes. 12.1 The Contract is concluded in accordance to the laws of People’s Republic of China, which are applicable to the Contract.

I.9.1 This Contract shall be governed by Community and European Union law, complemented, where necessary, by the rules of law in force in France other than its rules of private international law. Provided that if and insofar as the provisions of the Contract do not stipulate, or any other terms and conditions are ambiguous or unclear, then in those circumstances only, reference shall be had to mandatory French law.
