Annual Leave Entitlement. An employee other than a casual employee is entitled to at least four weeks annual leave after every twelve months continuous service. An employee is entitled to accrue an amount of paid annual leave, for each completed 4 week period of continuous service with the Company, of 1/13 of the number of nominal hours worked by the employee for the Company during that 4 week period. For example where an employee is working a 38 hour week the employee is entitled to 152 hours (4 weeks) paid annual leave per year.
