Ancillary Revenues. The Parties acknowledge that consumers accessing the Loan Path may wish to procure services or enter into relationships which are outside the scope of the Business and, in connection therewith, PricelineMortgage may have the opportunity to refer consumers to other service providers, whether Internet-based or otherwise, and derive revenue therefrom. The Parties further acknowledge that PricelineMortgage may enter into agreements or relationships with such other service providers pursuant to which PricelineMortgage shall generate revenue outside the scope of the Business (e.g., agreements linking PricelineMortgage to other related websites or directing consumers to other service providers). The Parties hereby agree that, to the extent that PricelineMortgage shall generate additional or ancillary revenues on the Loan Path from business agreements constructed outside the scope of the Transaction Documents, PricelineMortgage shall be the beneficiary of all such revenue and associated income.
Ancillary Revenues a. Concession, Fiber Optic and Advertising Revenues - VTA may enter into agreements with vendors of goods and services on the SVRT Extension or into franchises for advertising in accordance with Section VIII.A.2.b.(2) of this Agreement. Alternatively, BART and VTA may jointly determine that in some instances it may be more beneficial for BART to enter into certain agreements and franchises for both the SVRT Extension and the BART Core System. Revenues Mom concession and fiber optic agreements and franchises will be allocated proportionately to the SVRT Extension and the BART Core System on the basis of the most appropriate measure as agreed to by the Parties. All agreements and franchises described herein will provide for net revenues attributed to the SVRT Extension to be remitted directly to XXXX and will be accounted for and credited by XXXX according to the process described in Section IV.F.
Ancillary Revenues. The Buyer, the Sub and the Seller understand that the acquisition and operation of the Business by the Buyer (or the Sub if designated by the Buyer) will likely generate ancillary revenues for other business units of Cendant, the Buyer, the Sub and/or the Cendant Internet Business. The Buyer, the Sub and the Seller agree that for the purposes of calculating the Deferred Payments, the Sellers will get an allocation toward Actual Revenues for a given year for any such ancillary revenues actually realized in such year, such allocation amount to be finally determined in accordance with Schedule 4.16.

Earnings generated during the project implementation through the sales of products and merchandise, participation fees or any other provisions of services against payment must be deducted from the amount of costs incurred by the project in line with Art 61 of Regulation 1303/2013 and stipulations in the programme implementation manual.

  • Gross Revenues All revenues, receipts, and income of any kind derived directly or indirectly by Lessee from or in connection with the Hotel (including rentals or other payments from tenants, lessees, licensees or concessionaires but not including their gross receipts) whether on a cash basis or credit, paid or collected, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, excluding, however: (i) funds furnished by Lessor, (ii) federal, state and municipal excise, sales, and use taxes collected directly from patrons and guests or as a part of the sales price of any goods, services or displays, such as gross receipts, admissions, cabaret or similar or equivalent taxes and paid over to federal, state or municipal governments, (iii) the amount of all credits, rebates or refunds to customers, guests or patrons, and all service charges, finance charges, interest and discounts attributable to charge accounts and credit cards, to the extent the same are paid to Lessee by its customers, guests or patrons, or to the extent the same are paid for by Lessee to, or charged to Lessee by, credit card companies, (iv) gratuities or service charges actually paid to employees, (v) proceeds of insurance and condemnation, (vi) proceeds from sales other than sales in the ordinary course of business, (vii) all loan proceeds from financing or refinancings of the Hotel or interests therein or components thereof, (viii) judgments and awards, except any portion thereof arising from normal business operations of the Hotel, and (ix) items constituting “allowances” under the Uniform System.

  • Gross Receipts The entire amount of all receipts, determined on a cash basis, from (a) tenant rentals collected pursuant to tenant leases of apartment units, for each month during the term hereof; provided that there shall be excluded from tenant rentals any tenant security deposits (except as provided below); (b) cleaning, tenant security and damage deposits forfeited by tenants in such period; (c) laundry and vending machines income; (d) any and all other receipts from the operation of the Project received and relating to the period in question; (e) proceeds from rental interruption insurance, but not any other insurance proceeds or proceeds from third-party damage claims, and (f) any other sums and charges collected in connection with termination of the tenant leases.   • Contract Quarterly Sales Reports The Contractor shall submit complete Quarterly Sales Reports to the Department’s Contract Manager within 30 calendar days after the close of each State fiscal quarter (the State’s fiscal quarters close on September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30). Reports must be submitted in MS Excel using the DMS Quarterly Sales Report Format, which can be accessed at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/business_operations/ state_purchasing/vendor_resources/quarterly_sales_report_format. Initiation and submission of the most recent version of the Quarterly Sales Report posted on the DMS website is the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification from the Department’s Contract Manager. If no orders are received during the quarter, the Contractor must email the DMS Contract Manager confirming there was no activity.

  • Royalty Statements The Licensees shall provide Shengqu with a statement within ten (10) Business Days of the end of each calendar month during the Term of this Agreement.
