All Coverages except Railroad Protective. Prior to commencing work or entering onto the Property, Licensee shall provide to Insurance Tracking Services, Inc. (ITS), the JPB’s authorized insurance consultant, a certificate of insurance with respect to each required policy to be provided by the Licensee under the Agreement. The required certificates must be signed by the authorized representative of the Insurance Company shown on the certificate. The JPB Contract number and Project name shall be clearly stated on the face of each Certificate of Insurance. The certificate shall also show that the Permittees’ policy(- ies) will not be cancelled or coverage altered without 30 days prior written notice to the JPB’s Risk Manager.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH WORKERS' COMPENSATION ACT Contractor shall comply with the provisions of the Montana Workers' Compensation Act while performing work for the Department of Montana in accordance with 00-00-000, 00-00-000, and 00-00-000, MCA. Proof of compliance must be in the form of workers' compensation insurance, an independent contractor's exemption, or documentation of corporate officer status. Neither Contractor nor its employees are Department employees. This insurance/exemption must be valid for the entire contract term and any renewal. Upon expiration, a renewal document must be sent to the Department’s Contracts Management Bureau, X.X. Xxx 000000, Xxxxxx, XX 00000.

  • INSURANCE and INDEMNIFICATION REQUIREMENTS See Exhibit C, attached hereto, for insurance requirements for this Agreement. The COUNTY’S insurance requirements are a material provision to this Agreement.

  • Waiver of Medical Coverage a. Regular, full-time employees who provide proof of alternate medical coverage may waive coverage through Kitsap County’s sponsored medical plans and for that waiver receive a one hundred dollar ($100.00) per month waiver-incentive payment; however, such payment is subject to employment taxes. Regular, full-time employees may not waive their individual medical coverage in lieu of coverage as a spouse/domestic partner on a County-sponsored medical plan.
