Zero Tolerance. The parties agree to cooperate with each other to promote zero tolerance of hostile, violent or abusive behavior, consistent with existing contract provisions and Medical Center policies prohibiting intimidation and harassment.
Zero Tolerance. A. The District is committed to a policy of zero tolerance on matters of student misbehavior, acts of violence or threatened acts of violence, and assault and battery on school personnel. It is recognized that it is the employee’s responsibility to pursue the prosecution of perpetrators of such acts.
Zero Tolerance. Any student found in violation of Fertile-Beltrami Dist #599’s Internet policy regarding student safety, inappropriate sites, any type of information considered to be sexually explicit, violent, or in any way harassing to minorities or bullying of other students will result in the loss of the laptop, loss of Internet access and loss of LAN access immediately and permanently for the rest of the school year. If the violation involved the breaking of any local, state, or federal law the authorities will also be notified.
Zero Tolerance. Immediate expulsion from the Boys & Girls Club of Pasadena may result for ANY of the following offenses committed by a member or those connected or related to the member: • Assault • Threats or intimidation • Battery • Vandalism • Sexual harassment • Drug/alcohol possession • Weapons possession • Stealing/theft • Sexual behavior • Abuse of 911 • Willful defiance of staff
Zero Tolerance. It is against the law for anyone to possess illegal substances. All cases must be reported to the police.
Zero Tolerance. I understand that the Program is a Zero Tolerance program and if I bring or use alcohol or drugs (other than cigarettes or medication prescribed to me by a medical doctor) I will be immediately removed from the program.
Zero Tolerance. Storage Solutions has a zero-tolerance policy with respect to stolen items, controlled substances, weapons, nuisance, mischief, residing in a unit, breaking the law, or using the Facility in a way that is inappropriate, in particular if such use diminishes security of the Facility, the units within, or the individuals using such Facility. You acknowledge and agree that any breach of the provisions contained in this Section shall conclusively deem You in default of this Agreement and You are aware that such default will result in consequences to you, including the disposal of all items within the Unit, filing a complaint with local police authority, or other similar actions.
Zero Tolerance. The definition of zero tolerance taken from Ed Code 48915 states that expulsion must be recommended by a Principal or Superintendent for the following actions committed at school or at a school activity (BP 5131.7).
Zero Tolerance. As a customer, you have the responsibility to conform to our terms of service and conduct yourself accordingly. Please note we operate a zero-tolerance policy with regards to verbal or physical abuse directed at employees or our customers including any form of behaviour which spoils the enjoyment of others. This includes the use of foul or abusive language either verbally or in written form. Any customer found to be behaving unacceptably will be removed from their studies and unable to communicate with members of our team. Should this happen, you have no rights to a refund.

The Club has a zero tolerance for: Assault Alcohol & Drugs Theft Vandalism Bullying Weapons Sexual Harassment Willful Defiance of Staff Directives Inappropriate Sexual Behavior No Smoking permitted in our around the club Inability to follow these rules will be grounds for immediate suspension or possible expulsion.
