Alcoholism and Drug Abuse. 33.27 Without detracting from the existing rights and obligations of the parties recognized in other provisions of this Collective Agreement, the College and the Union agree to cooperate in encouraging Faculty Members afflicted with alcoholism or drug dependency to undergo a coordinated program directed to the objective of their rehabilitation.
