Agricultural Structures and Improvements. The existing agricultural structures and improvements may be repaired, enlarged and replaced at their current locations as shown on the Report, without any further permission from the Grantee. New buildings and other structures and improvements to be used predominantly for agricultural purposes, including the processing or sale of farm products predominantly grown or raised on the Protected Property, but not including any dwelling or farm labor housing, may be built on the Protected Property without any further permission of the Grantee. However, such construction shall be necessary for the operations and shall be sited so as to minimize impact to prime and unique soils.

Agricultural Structures and Improvements. All major existing agricultural buildings and agricultural structures located within the Protected Property may be used for agricultural purposes and be repaired, reasonably enlarged and replaced without further permission of the Grantee. New major buildings and improvements such as barns, sheds, and garages which are to be used solely for agricultural purposes, including the processing or sale of farm or ranch products predominantly grown or raised on the Protected Property, may be built within the Building Envelope of 5 acres described in Exhibit A. Loafing sheds, corrals, water lines, water tanks and other minor agricultural structures and improvements without concrete foundations may be constructed anywhere on the Protected Property provided however, that any such structures shall be located with the intent of causing the least possible disturbance.

  • Building and Improvements Lessor shall obtain and keep in force during the term of this Lease a policy or policies in the name of Lessor, with loss payable to Lessor and to any Lender(s), insuring against loss or damage to the Premises. Such insurance shall be for full replacement cost, as the same shall exist from time to time, or the amount required by any Lender(s), but in no event more than the commercially reasonable and available insurable value thereof if, by reason of the unique nature or age of the improvements involved, such latter amount is less than full replacement cost. Lessee-Owned Alterations and Utility Installations, Trade Fixtures and Lessee's personal property shall be insured by Lessee pursuant to Paragraph 8.4. If the coverage is available and commercially appropriate, Lessor's policy or policies shall insure against all risks of direct physical loss or damage (except the perils of flood and/or earthquake unless required by a Lender), including coverage for any additional costs resulting from debris removal and reasonable amounts of coverage for the enforcement of any ordinance or law regulating the reconstruction or replacement of any undamaged sections of the Building required to be demolished or removed by reason of the enforcement of any building, zoning, safety or land use laws as the result of a covered loss, but not including plate glass insurance. Said policy or policies shall also contain an agreed valuation provision in lieu of any co-insurance clause, waiver of subrogation, and inflation guard protection causing an increase in the annual property insurance coverage amount by a factor of not less than the adjusted U.S. Department of Labor Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers for the city nearest to where the Premises are located.

  • CONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENTS Concessionaire shall not affix, alter, or erect any permanent or temporary equipment, structures, buildings, or additions to the Concession Premises without first obtaining the prior written approval of Department.

  • ALTERATIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS Tenant shall make no alterations to the buildings or improvements on the Premises or construct any building or make any other improvements on the Premises without the prior written consent of Landlord.   • ACCESS TO PLANTS AND PROPERTIES Seller shall comply with all the rules and regulations established by Buyer for access to and activities in and around premises controlled by Buyer or Buyer’s customer.

  • Access to Properties Subject to the rights of Tenants, Borrower shall permit agents, representatives and employees of Lender to inspect the Properties or any part thereof at reasonable hours upon reasonable advance notice.

  • Fixtures and Fittings 16.1 The property is sold together with any buildings or other improvements thereon and to the extent as it lies. Upon the same terms and conditions ventilated in clause 7 above (which terms are incorporated herein by reference, but appropriately adapted to what is pertinently described herein), neither the Seller nor the Property Practitioner assume any liability in respect of the condition, usability, serviceability or possible state of disrepair of any of the buildings or improvements thereon, nor in respect of any of the fixtures and fittings therein, including stoves and whatever assets are sold in terms of this agreement, all of it in the condition as it currently lies.

  • Buildings The Employer will provide and maintain all state-owned buildings, facilities, and equipment in accordance with the specific written order(s) of the Michigan Departments of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and/or Military and Veterans Affairs. Where facilities are leased by the Employer, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort to assure that such facilities comply with the order(s) of the Michigan Departments of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and/or Military and Veterans Affairs.
