Agreement Against Strikes and Lockouts. Section 14. There will be no strike, refusal to work, slowdown, sit-down, picketing, or boycott by the Union or its affiliated Locals or members, or lockout on the part of the Company during the term of this Agreement, provided that a member of the Union may refuse to enter upon the premises of any employer other than the Company if the employees of such employer are engaged in a strike ratified or approved by a representative of such employees whom such employer is required to recognize pursuant to an applicable state law or the labor Management Relations Act of 1947, as amended. In consideration of this Agreement, the Union agrees not to xxx the Company, its officers or representatives, and the Company agrees not to xxx the Union, its officers, agents or members for any labor matters in any court of law or equity.
Agreement Against Strikes and Lockouts. Neither the Union, nor any member of the bargaining unit, shall, during the term of this Agreement, instigate, engage in, support, encourage, or condone any strike, work stoppage, or other concerted refusal to perform work; nor shall there be any lockout on the part of the Employer.
