Form of Advertising notification of results: The final results of the evaluation will be published through a list sorting the candidates according to their attributed mark, on the CIIMAR website and by e-mail; in case of disagreement, the candidates have a 10-working day term in which to contest the decision, if he/she so wishes, as provided for in the Código do Procedimento Administrativo in a preliminary hearing setting. The jury reserves the right to not assign the grant depending on the quality of the applications.
Form of Advertising. In addition to the requirements on advertising set forth in Section 4.3.7 of the Agreement, FAC will not use scare tactics or play upon the fears of Consumers, whether in its advertising materials or otherwise, in an effort to directly or indirectly sell the Services or other goods or services offered by FAC.

Based on the final list, a reserve list will be established, which will be used for the eventual attribution of new research grants under this project.
