Common use of Advertising on the Site Clause in Contracts

Advertising on the Site. The Concessionaire shall not undertake or permit any form of commercial advertising, display or hoarding at any place on the Site if such advertising, display or hoarding shall be visible to the Users while driving on the Project; provided that this restriction shall not apply to the Toll Plaza(s), rest areas, bus shelters and telephone booths located on the Project if the advertising thereon does not, in the opinion of the Authority, distract the Users or violates extant guidelines issued by MoRTH for and in respect of National Highways. All advertising on the Project shall also conform to Good Industry Practice. For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that the rights of the Concessionaire hereunder shall be subject to Applicable Laws, as in force and effect from time to time, and no compensation shall be claimed on account thereof.
