Advertising and Internet Activities. In no event shall Licensee or its sublicensees use the Licensed Property in connection with advertising, promotional or other commercial activities, including, without limitation, in conjunction with any internet domain name, e-mail address, website, web page, social media account, online advertisement, mobile application, SMS marketing or any other form or avenue of electronic marketing or customer- facing activity, that, in Licensor’s reasonable discretion, may be considered: (a) in bad taste or offensive to the public or to any group of Persons; (b) defamatory of any Person or an attack on any competitor; (c) to infringe upon or violate any other Person’s Intellectual Property Rights;

  • Advertising and Promotion Al. ARTIST is to receive 100% star billing on all publicity releases and paid advertisement including - without limitations - programs, electronic media, flyers, signage, newspaper advertisements, marquees, tickets, radio spots, TV spots, etc. unless otherwise authorized in writing by PRODUCER.
