ADVERTISEMENTS, PUBLICIZING AWARDS AND NEWS RELEASES. Under no circumstances shall the Contractor, or anyone acting on behalf of the Contractor, refer to the supplies, services, or equipment furnished pursuant to the provisions of ProTech-Weather in any publicity/news release or commercial advertising without first obtaining explicit written consent to do so from the ProTech-Weather CO. This restriction does not apply to marketing materials developed for presentations to potential Government customers of the ProTech IDIQ Program. For task orders, the Contractor shall also obtain the written consent of the OCO. If consent is obtained, the Contractor agrees not to refer to awards in commercial advertising in such a manner as to state or imply that the service provided is endorsed or preferred by the Federal Government, or is considered by the Government to be superior to other products or services.

  • MPS LOGO/PUBLICITY No Contractor shall use the MPS Logo in its literature or issue a press release about the subject of this Contract without prior written notice to and written approval of MPS’s Executive Director of Communications & Outreach.

  • No Publicity A party to this Agreement shall not use the name or marks of, refer to, or identify the other party (or any related entity) in any publicity releases, interviews, promotional or marketing materials, public announcements, testimonials or advertising without the prior written approval of authorized representatives of the other party (which approval a party may withhold in its sole discretion), except no such written approval is required to the extent any such disclosure is required by law. BNY Mellon may identify the Fund(s) as a client in client lists, provided that the Fund(s) name is no more prominent than any other client on such list(s).   • Press Releases The Company agrees that it will not issue press releases or engage in any other publicity, without the Representative’s prior written consent (not to be unreasonably withheld), for a period of twenty-five (25) days after the Closing Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall the Company be prohibited from issuing any press releases or engaging in any other publicity required by law, except that including the name of any Underwriter therein shall require the prior written consent of such Underwriter.

  • Intercept and Referral Announcements 6.1 When a Customer changes its service provider from Verizon to CBB, or from CBB to Verizon, and does not retain its original telephone number, the Party formerly providing service to such Customer shall provide a referral announcement (“Referral Announcement”) on the abandoned telephone number which provides the Customer’s new number or other appropriate information, to the extent known to the Party formerly providing service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Party shall not be obligated under this Section to provide a Referral Announcement if the Customer owes the Party unpaid overdue amounts or the Customer requests that no Referral Announcement be provided.

  • Confidential Terms and Conditions; Publicity Licensee shall not disclose the terms and conditions of this Agreement or the pricing contained herein to any third party. Neither party shall use the name of the other party in publicity, advertising, or similar activity, without the prior written consent of the other, except that Licensee agrees that SAP and its affiliated companies may use Licensee's name in customer listings or, at times mutually agreeable to the parties, as part of SAP's marketing efforts (including without limitation reference calls and stories, press testimonials, site visits, SAPPHIRE participation).
