Admissions appeals. 4.1 Normally there is no right of appeal against a decision not to offer a place on the course either on academic grounds or as a result of your interview. We will only consider such an appeal: • Where there is substantial new information, which for valid reason was not made available either on the application form or during the selection procedure, and where that new information is significant and directly relevant to the original decision. • Where there is evidence of improper conduct or irregular procedure during the selection process or the complaint investigation.

Admissions appeals. 7.1 If you want to appeal an admissions decision, you should follow the procedure set out in the Admissions Appeals and Complaints Policy and Procedure (www. xxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx/xxxxxxxxx- information, under Admissions). Applicants wishing to submit an admissions appeal should do so via the website at www. xxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx/xxxxxxx within ten working days of notification of the University’s decision. You can only appeal if there is evidence that the University has failed to comply with its policies and procedures or if relevant new information relating to your application is available.

OGS reserves the right to make unilateral changes to this Report of Contract Purchases document. Appendix F Appendix F, Project Based Information Technology Consulting Services Processes and Forms, attached hereto, is hereby expressly made a part of this Contract as fully as if set forth at length herein. OGS reserves the right to change the processes and forms set forth Appendix F in non-material and substantive ways without seeking a contract amendment. Appendix F is comprised of the following attachments:
