Review by the Bank of Procurement Decisions. The Procurement Plan shall set forth those contracts which shall be subject to the Bank’s Prior Review. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Bank.

All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Bank.

All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.

All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Bank.

In addition, with respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of □35,000 or more, the report on the qualifications and experience of all evaluated candidates, the terms of reference and the terms of employment of the consultants shall be subject to prior approval by the Bank. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Bank.
