ADMINISTRATIVE AND INVESTMENT FEES. The fund shall be assessed an annual administrative fee and a fee to cover investment consultant and custodian expenses. The amounts of such annual fees shall be the amounts assessed to similar funds held by the Community Foundation based upon its administrative fee schedule in effect at the time the annual fee is assessed and the amount of investment consultant and custodian fees paid to outside parties.

ADMINISTRATIVE AND INVESTMENT FEES. We charge each fund an administrative fee. This is usually an annual percentage of the value of a fund, assessed quarterly, and payable at the beginning of the quarter. In some cases, funds are established with fees based on the volume of activity, such as on grants or contributions (e.g., scholarships). We also incur investment-management costs for investments that are shared by each fund. All of these fees are carefully explained and priced in the Disclosure Statement and the fund documents.

  • Commingling and Investment The Trustee is expressly authorized in its discretion:

All contributions to the custodial account shall be invested in the shares of the Provident Trust Mutual Funds, Inc. or, if available, any other series of Provident Trust Mutual Funds, Inc. or other regulated investment companies for which Provident Trust Company serves as Investment Advisor or designates as being eligible for investment. Using premium finance rather than paying the premium in one amount makes the overall cost of the insurance more expensive. A full breakdown of the cost of Your insurance and the cost of credit will be provided as part of Your new business or renewal quotation before You decide whether to proceed. Please be assured that the way in which We are remunerated will not at any time conflict with Our responsibilities to meet Your needs and treat You fairly. Services on behalf of insurers We have agreements in place with certain insurers that We will undertake certain activities on their behalf which may include producing policy documentation, compilation of risk data, risk identification surveys, and claims management. In return for these services certain insurers will make a payment to Us. These payments are separate, and in addition to, any commissions, or fees and administration fees that You pay Us. Our commitment to transparency You are entitled at any time to request information regarding any commission or other income which We may have received as a result of placing Your insurance business or arranging Your premium finance. We will provide full details in writing where such request is made within seven (7) working days.

  • Administrative Costs Administrative costs will not be included in the budget neutrality agreement, but the state must separately track and report additional administrative costs that are directly attributable to the demonstration. All administrative costs must be identified on the Forms CMS-64.10 Waiver and/or 64.10P Waiver.
