Adjustment of Wages. Notwithstanding the operative date in clause 5.0, wage increases will be paid as detailed below. There will be increases in ordinary rates as follows: 1st pay period after signing - 2.75% for Option 1 where employees Rostered Days Off (RDO’s) are calculated in the base rate and 3.75% for Option 2 where employees continue to continue to take RDO’s. 12 months after signing - 3.75% 24 months after signing - 3.75% These will be paid from the first full pay period after each date stated above.

  • Adjustment of Grievance The School District and the teacher shall attempt to adjust all grievances which may arise during the course of employment of any teacher within the School District in the following manner:
