Additional Supporting Data. 1. The Concessionaire shall furnish the State with other financial or statistical reports that the State may occasionally request regarding the concession. This Section does not require the Concessionaire to submit data that is either confidential business information or trade secrets unless reasonably related to determining compliance with this Agreement, and the State provides for protection of such information from public disclosure.

Updates must be submitted to OGS for review, and must be accompanied by a justification of reasonableness of price if the change results in a change in pricing methodology.
