Additional Software for use with the Online Services. To enable optimal access and use of certain Online Services, you may install and use certain Software in connection with your use of the Online Service. The number of copies of the Software you will be permitted to use or the number of devices on which you will be permitted to use the Software will be as described in the Online Services Terms in the product specific license terms for the Online Service. We may check the version of the Software you are using and recommend or download updates, with or without notice, to your devices. Failure to install updates may affect your ability to use certain functions of the Online Service. You must uninstall the Software when your right to use it ends. We may also disable it at that time. Your rights to access Software on any device do not give you any right to implement Microsoft patents or other Microsoft intellectual property in software or devices that access that device.

Your acquisition of Software media or access to a network source does not affect your license to Software obtained under this agreement. Microsoft licenses its Software to you, it does not sell it.

  • Additional Software Should any additional Software licenses be purchased during the Term:

  • Software Use Case Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Supported on physical hardware solely to support virtual quests. Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization is designed to run and manage virtual instances and does not support user-space applications. Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization may be used as a virtual desktop infrastructure solution, however, the Subscription does not come with any software or support for the desktop operating system. You must purchase the operating system for each instance of a desktop or server separately.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are in the SLA. The remedies above are Customer’s sole remedies for breach of the warranties in this section. Customer waives any breach of warranty claims not made during the warranty period.

  • Directory Assistance Service Updates 8.3.3.1 BellSouth shall update end user listings changes daily. These changes include:

  • Software Transfer You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this XXXX, provided you retain no copies, you transfer all of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including all component parts, the media and printed materials, any upgrades, this XXXX, and, if applicable, the Certificate of Authenticity), and the recipient agrees to the terms of this XXXX. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an upgrade, any transfer must include all prior versions of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  • Supplemental JBoss Software Conditions Software Access and Software Maintenance for Supplemental JBoss Software is intended and available for Development Purposes only and for up to 25 users for each 16 Core Band Subscription of Red Hat JBoss Middleware Software that you purchased. If you deploy or use the Supplemental JBoss Software for Production Purposes or for more than 25 users, you agree to purchase the appropriate Software Subscriptions for each Unit that you deploy or use. Red Hat’s Open Source Assurance Program applies only to the Red Hat JBoss Middleware Software Subscription that you purchased (such as Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform in the example above) and does not apply to Supplemental JBoss Software. JBoss xPaaS Subscriptions (defined below) are not considered Supplemental JBoss Software. Each installation and use of JBoss xPaaS Subscriptions Software for either Development Purposes or Production Purposes is a Unit and requires a paid Software Subscription.

  • Conversion of Wholesale Services to Network Elements or Network Elements to Wholesale Services Upon request, BellSouth shall convert a wholesale service, or group of wholesale services, to the equivalent Network Element or Combination that is available to Global Dialtone pursuant to Section 251 of the Act and under this Agreement or convert a Network Element or Combination that is available to Global Dialtone pursuant to Section 251 of the Act and under this Agreement to an equivalent wholesale service or group of wholesale services offered by BellSouth (collectively “Conversion”). BellSouth shall charge the applicable nonrecurring switch-as-is rates for Conversions to specific Network Elements or Combinations found in Exhibit A. BellSouth shall also charge the same nonrecurring switch-as-is rates when converting from Network Elements or Combinations. Any rate change resulting from the Conversion will be effective as of the next billing cycle following BellSouth’s receipt of a complete and accurate Conversion request from Global Dialtone. A Conversion shall be considered termination for purposes of any volume and/or term commitments and/or grandfathered status between Global Dialtone and BellSouth. Any change from a wholesale service/group of wholesale services to a Network Element/Combination, or from a Network Element/Combination to a wholesale service/group of wholesale services, that requires a physical rearrangement will not be considered to be a Conversion for purposes of this Agreement. BellSouth will not require physical rearrangements if the Conversion can be completed through record changes only. Orders for Conversions will be handled in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the Ordering Guidelines and Processes and CLEC Information Packages as referenced in Sections 1.13.1 and 1.13.2 below.
