Actual Costs for Eligible Expenditures. Each interim financial report and revised budget forecast will reflect the actual costs for the Eligible Expenditures incurred and paid and provide an explanation for any variances between the initial projected costs as set out in Sub-schedule “C.2” (Project Budget) and the actual costs of the Eligible Expenditures incurred and paid.

  • Eligible Expenditures 1. Subject to Article 8.7 of the Regulation, eligible expenditures of this Programme are:
