Common use of Accumulative Clause in Contracts

Accumulative. All employees shall be entitled to ten (10) sick leave days each school/work year and all employees employed for twelve (12) months shall be entitled to twelve (12) sick leave days each school/work year, as of the first official day of said school year whether or not they report for duty on that day. Unused sick leave days shall be accumulated from year to year with no maximum limit.

Accumulative. 1. All ten (10) month employees shall be entitled to ten (10) days sick leave days each school/work school year and all employees employed for twelve (12) months shall be entitled to twelve (12) sick leave days each school/work year, as of the first official day of said school year. Ten (10) month employees who are hired for less than a full school year whether or not they report for duty shall be entitled to sick days on that daya prorated basis. Unused sick leave days shall be accumulated from year to year with no maximum limit.

As of September 1, 1993, all ten (10) month employees employed shall be entitled to twelve (12) sick leave days each school year. Unused sick leave days shall be accumulated from year to year with no maximum limit.

The Board will consider individual requests for extended sick leave with pay, when regular accumulated leave has expired, and proper documentation is provided.
