Accumulation of Personal/Carer’s Leave. Personal/carers leave shall accumulate from year to year as follows:
Accumulation of Personal/Carer’s Leave. (a) In any year, unused Personal/Xxxxx’s leave accrues at the rate of 10 days less the amount of sick leave taken from the current years’ personal leave entitlement; and
Accumulation of Personal/Carer’s Leave. From the first full pay period on or after 1 January 2016, if the full period of Personal/Carer’s Leave is not taken in any year, the whole or any untaken portion will be cumulative from year to year. No Employee will be subject to a cap on the maximum number of Personal/Carer’s leave days that can accumulate from year to year.

Accumulation of Personal/Carer’s Leave. (i) Personal/carers leave shall be cumulative. Unless the Employer and Employee agree, the Employee shall only be entitled to receive payment for a maximum of 13 weeks absence from work through illness in any one year.
