Unused Personal. Xxxxx’s Leave entitlements will accumulate from year to year but will not be paid out when the employee’s employment with the Company ends.
Unused Personal. Business Leave may be utilized by the teacher in either of the following two (2) ways:
Unused Personal. Xxxxx’s Leave accumulates and is added to the next year’s entitlements.
Unused Personal. Carer’s Leave entitlements accumulate from year to year and can be taken in subsequent years.
Unused Personal. Xxxxx’s Leave credits will accumulate from year to year without limit.
Unused Personal. Xxxxx’s leave shall not be paid out when employment ends
Unused Personal. Necessity Leave (PN) up to six (6) days (Article 10.8.);
Unused Personal. Business Leave days will be added to accumulated sick leave days for the following year. Such sick leave reserve may accumulate to a maximum of 225 days.
Unused Personal. Xxxxx’s Leave from previous years will accumulate but cannot be cashed out under any circumstances. Personal/Carer’s Leave Without Pay
