Accounting Methods and Records. ‌ The School agrees to maintain financial records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and to make such records available promptly to the Commission upon request. When the request is for on-site inspection of records, prompt is defined as immediate access. If the request is for reproduction of records, then the Commission will include a timeframe in which the records must be provided; adherence to this timeframe will be considered prompt.

Accounting Methods and Records. Modify or change its fiscal year or its method of accounting (other than as may be required to conform to GAAP or, with advance notice to Agent, as would not result in an audit period of more than 12 months) or enter into, modify, or terminate any agreement currently existing, or at any time hereafter entered into with any third party accounting firm or service bureau for the preparation or storage of Borrower’s or its Subsidiaries’ accounting or other records without said accounting firm or service bureau agreeing to provide Agent information regarding Borrower’s and its Subsidiaries’ financial condition.

The Company shall use the accrual method of accounting in the preparation of its financial reports and for tax purposes and shall keep its books and records accordingly.
